Tucson, AZ---Gino Marinelli has been cooking as long as he can remember. As a child, cooking with his mother in the family kitchen in Italy came naturally. Fast forward to Tucson where “Famiglia” is celebrated every day at his wonderful Roma Caffé. Gino is still cooking with his mother but now he’s the chef. She never misses a day of work even though Gino makes her take it easy on most days. Gino met his wife, Stephanie, there when she was a server in the early eighties and 10 year old daughter Giovanna loves to help her Nonna and Papa in the kitchen. The flavors and ambiance are part of the beautiful mix of tradition and love that have made Roma Caffé a great neighborhood favorite for 25 years.
